FAQs

This is a compilation of answers to questions I commonly receive.  Please feel free to contact me if your question isn’t answered below:

Q: What is the best care for your ceramics?
A: All work is handmade.  I desire my work to be heartfelt pieces that extends the maker's touch for generations to come.  To extend the ceramic's life handwashing is recommended, but the work is dishwasher and microwave safe unless labelled otherwise.

Q: When do you update your shop?
A: Best way to find out --> is to sign up for email newsletters.  They go out twice a month.. at most!  One newsletter will share the next shop update time, work, studio life, and other marvelous tidbits.  The second goes out the moment the shop is updated, just so you have a link directly in your mailbox!

Q: What shipping carrier do you use? / Where is my order?
A: All order will be mailed out within 5-10 business days with Priority Mail via United States Postal Service or UPS.  Should you need it faster for an occasion please contact me.  Tracking numbers will be sent upon shipping.    If you have waited patiently for more than 2 weeks, and have not received the tracking number -  contact Victoria via the contact form under "contact".

Q: If I am buying more than one item - will you refund overcharged shipping costs?
A: Absolutely!  Should you purchase more than one item I will ensure a refund of overcharged shipping costs before the tracking is sent (5-10 Business Days)
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently I ship to domestically throughout the United States.  I am still learning the best methods for international shipping, however if you are in a dire situation where a mug or candlestick must find its way to your hands and home - email me and we can look at a product and discuss shipping costs from there..  that being said*

*First Class International with a 5 day to 2 weeks for shipment period, varying on your country's postal service.  I am not liable for lost, mis-delivered, damaged, stolen packages, or delayed because of circumstances beyond my control upon transfer of order to USPS.  I will not be held responsible for additional shipping charges incurred if packages are returned to our store due to customer absence, errors in shipping addresses or package refusal. Custom fees and dues are the responsibility of the buyer.  I am not responsible for any difficulties or damages incurred due to customs.*

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: All webshop sales are final.  If you have any questions about the work prior to purchase I am more than happy to send additional photos and information if desired.

Q: Do you accept wholesale orders?
A: Currently I do not, but should this change you can request to be put on the wholesale mailing list via the contact form.

Q: Do you do accept commissions or customs?

Q: I am an artist looking for references, calls for entry, upcoming opportunities, assistance and more, where do you recommend going?
A: I tend to have a variety of email subscriptions to galleries, searching "call for entry', Callforentry.com, and > an EXCELLENT Collection of Artist Resources on Sharon Louden's Webpage <.

Q: What is your favorite color?
A: Turquoise and Deep Green

Q: What is your favorite beverage?
